Solo'd to level 80... confused as to why some people say its hard.

Some people love being challenges, some play games for other reasons. I like an occasional challenge, but I also like to relax and explore. In general, I like challenges less frequently than I like relaxing.

Speaking of Orr, today I was in Orr and got to Balthazar's Temple, which we retook. Last couple of days it belonged to Zhaitan. Not a big deal unless you want to buy obsidian shards for your legendary weapon (which I did). I'm up to 15 mystic clovers now.

Taking the temple isn't something you can solo, but it is something that's necessary for anyone going for a lengendary, unless they want to spend a ridiculous amount of time in the fractals, the only other place you can get Obby shards.

Always thought the 70/80 maps you needed to run with a buddy. I won't even try orr without someone helping. Its no fun if you die all the time, and spend to much on armor repair.

Taking some of the mobs in the 70/80 can be tough, and something I simply don't find fun. I am not trying to flame, or call someone out, but some of the stories I have seen about people taking a level 70/80 mobs, and Champs,solo Well I would have to see that to believe it.

Been thinking of trying this soon. I can speed run the first 2 Arah bosses. Well, I wouldn't call it a speed run, but I can do it

Never succeeded to solo for more than few minutes at time. No matter what time i play there are people coming to help (even its not really needed. )

Other than not paying attention and running into a champ unpreparred I rarely died in Orr and my leading cause of death was actually other players who just try and speed run past all the mobs dragging them with them and causing me to get aggro on them as they passed. I died a few times fighting champs for skill points, also one of the skill points that you have to absorb, but in the area around it you can't heal (didn't know that at first lol) I got the point, but died getting away wondering why I wasn't healing lol.

If you are profeicent in your profession and you aren't a glass cannon you should have no problem getting 90% of the vistas, waypoints and skill points in the 70-80 zones.

My crew and I just started playing. I love the way you level but Its really easy to find yourself in a zone where you're out leveled by mobs. But thats' just the freedom of the game I guess. Maybe people go from no to light grinding to having to actually grind their way through the last bit of combat.
