So I'm Theta. It's not what I'll be called in Guild Wars 2 (or any game for that matter) it's something I picked out for this forum.
My interest in Guild Wars 2 goes as far back to when I was introduced to the original by a friend, and we played together for a while, and although I don't really play GW1 any more, I have high hopes for the sequel.
By the look of the videos on YouTube of the game, it's top notch. I've played many games before, going back as far as EverQuest, but most of my gaming experience comes from World of Warcraft. I was a hardcore gamer, 5 nights a week, all that, but I need to slow down. Hopefully, Guild Wars 2 will fit the bill.
As such, a few of my friends have decided to form a guild and I turned out to be the main candidate for leader. I decided not to do it on my own though, so the guild we've formed has two leaders and a few officers. So far, we have a small amount of members, but they're all very dedicated to the guild. I'm probably going to play an Elementalist. In fact, I'm almost sure of it. What has drawn me to GW2 especially is casting while moving. I never liked the fact that you couldn't cast while moving on other MMOs. It may make playing to your best hardest, especially in PvP, but I won't have a problem with it.
