If you had to give a noob one piece of time saving advise for GW2 what would it be. What can I learn from the communites mistakes or sucesses. I personally play a thief right now by the way.

Using WvW as a way to save on way point expenses. If your destination is on other side of Lions Arch, then just travel to any WvW borderlands, and then take the portal to Lions Arch. Save some money on wp cost.
Other minor ones:
Deposit your collectables so your bags don't get filled.
Never go anywhere without appopriate level gathering tools. Gather everything.
Do your dailies for nice money and karma and xp.
Always be loyal to your krewe.
Thats cool. I have to get over to Lion's arch tonight so I can get the band back togeather. we all started as diffrent races.
I think the most important peice of time saving advice is TAKE YOUR TIME. Death and dismemberment will slow down your journey through Tyria. This is esspecially true in dungeons, so many people I've been with (because I like showing/teaching people how to run the dungeon and what to do and what not to do and why) just run in heedless of all advice and die and often cause their teammates to die, where as if they had just taken a moment to look it would have been avoided.
Also, I think this is huge...do your research finding a guild that is active and friendly. (or whatever you want froma guild) Don't just pick one and then complain how nobody is on, or they won't help you or whatnot. Plenty of goo dguilds out there, go find them. Then enjoy the game.
