Well on a camp without extra or upgraded guards I flip quick, I'll pull 1 guard and the boss npc kill them together then I will jump in (if no quaggans) and kill the rest. With extra guards or upgraded guards I pull 1 at a time. But the good things about upgraded camps is that once you flip it, they have to spend money and time to upgrade it again afer they retake it. So normally I'll only encounter 1 maybe 2 upgraded camps a night because they don't want to waste money when I am just going to flip it again anyways lol.

Just a note for those that don't know, yaks with guards are just as easy as yaks with no guards. Ignore the guards and kill the yak and the guards vanish.

This has been complained about in the offical forums so it MAY change eventually btw.

Yeah, I guess I shouldn't have said I can't solo upgraded camps...I meant I can't fight the entire mob at once. For the regular campa (even with quaggs) I just run in and fight everyone at once...no pulling one at a time. With the upgraded camps I have to pull and then thin them down and that takes too long and I usually don't bother soloing them. Plus lately, I don't solo as much since my guild mates are on as much as I am.

    agreed,
I have lost more money gambling the forge for my precurser, that I could have just bought it. Anet needs to fix this crap asap.
