Account Suspended

Hi,

I just bought the game, after install i logged in for the 1st time & it tells me account had been suspended.
i didn't even create a character yet

I opened a support message & will be really disappointed if they don't resolve this issue

it says Login Error: You do not have access to Guild Wars 2. i can log into my account though but not the forum

i don't know what's happening.
i bought the game in france & using it Tunisia. i hope that's not the problem

It could be that your account just isn't activated yet. Though it should be instantaneous upon your key delivery, it's possible that due to all the traffic it's being delayed. It might just be saying "suspended" because that's there's no real error code for what you're experiencing.

I recommend putting in a support ticket which you have done. Hopefully they can get back to you soon!

well i hope so, any way it says error code 45:6:3:2114 which means 'Rules of Conduct', 'Conduct Breaches & Outcomes', 'Naming Policy'.

i didn't started the game yet, not even have a character. how that happened?
do you think my username 'MegaXploder' will cause a problem? which is weird if it does.

haha, ya. That might be the problem. Also, the keycode might have already been hacked from before you purchased it by someone at the store. But, the account being banned because of "Naming Policy" sounds more like a problem with your account name.

From the above I can tell Anet do not allow GW2 bought in France to be used in Tunisia. Games bought in the EU can only be played in the EU by using the EU region authentication. While games bought outside the EU can only be played outside the EU by using the US/rest of the world region authentication.
