Looks good for a budget build. Any monitor 1080p this is a good buy $110 while on sale. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-24118005-L05B
Maby up the video card to a 7850 if you can and as always a Intel processor would be better but cost more.
Depends where you live. Assuming you are looking at an FX-6300 at MSRP ($140) you should check to see if you are near a www.microcenter.com. Then for around that price you have choice of FX-6300 @ $130, i5 3470 @ $149, i3-3225 @ $120. The most powerful in that group is the i5 of course.
Whatever CPU you select stretch a few bucks I agree you should get a HD 7850, or 650Ti or 660.
8GB of RAM is good(get something with a decent price).
Hard Drive is fine as well.
Display: something 1080p. Just check the reviews before purchase.
