Has anyone seen crafting checklists?

This weekend I managed to get my first 400 skill (Chef) but I got there quite fast by cooking many portions of the same dish.
Now my long term goal is to discover every dish I can but I don't want to buy tons of material only to discover I don't need them anymore to discover something.

The same will probably go for the other 7 crafts (sometime next year I will probably have them all)

Any hints?
