Lion's Arch is the central city where all races meet.

You can get there via Asura Gate from your race's home city (Divinity's Reach for humans, Black Citadel for Charr, Rata Sum for Asura, The Grove for Sylvari, Hoelbrak for Norn).
If you went through the correct gate (two cities got more than one gate) you should be at a plaza with a circle of 5 gates (one for each city).

Click on the crossed swords icon on the upper left of your screen. Click Go to the heart of the mists, follow through there until you see the asura gate. it leads to lions arch.

but where is lion arch in divinity's reach please

In divinity's reach it's on the plaza in front of the queen's palace. I think you can also ask guards for directions and they'll mark that on your map.

But the above approach (through the mists) is certainly the easiest way to get there.

Personally, I go WvWvW to the area that's first in the list - forget the name - the gate is right next to you when you arrive.
