Logging for the first time need help

I got everything installed and it wont let me log in...Is there anyone out there that can help me with this problem

I actually don't know.....I restarted it a few times and then finally it just started working.....and also installing was not as bad as I thought it would be....The updates were only 6gb....worked out great

my players name is PrincessThunderBalls ....... on screen it is PrincessThunderbals ..(couldn't fit two L's)
