As far as I know, it is in the works. That is what people have said here and on the official forum.

I thought all those such things were Account Bound? Meaning you can't sell them on the TP.
Everything is listed on the TP, mind you, even things that can't be sold, and as such, people can place orders for them, but they still can't be sold, so there's no point (outside of trolling, as some people will do from time to time, placing a 600g order for something stupid).

I believe the OP is meaning avaible in the Black Lion Trading Company, also known as the cash shop. Since it is the same hotkey in game just different tabs most people consider the TP and the BLC the same thing.Originally Posted by Lucread

You can find it in the TP listings (I saw it while browsing), but its an account bound item so you can't actually buy/sell it there (like I was saying before,). I assumed it used to be in the BL Store and was removed for whatever reason, but maybe they just haven't "added" it there at all yet... but yeah, the game recognizes its existence at least, which means it must exist in the programming somewhere, so that's something for the OP, I guess.
Maybe its a random drop from the BL Chests? I mean, that's where I got my Total Makeover Kit (that is just sitting in my Bank, now, cause I didn't need or want one, lol), but then maybe those are just random things from what's actually available to buy? I dunno.

Yeah, there used to be a holder item on the TP called "Name Change Contract" or something like that. It's been taken down since then but I believe it's still being worked on. It will most likely arrive in the gem store like the hair style contracts did, and may also appear rarely in Black Lion Chests.

I'm hoping with tonights patching we'll see SOME new stuff added to the store, the name change being one of them. But not holding my breath. Thanks for the link however!
