Seeking Friendly and Active guild, Noobish to game

Hello everyone,
First ill tell ya what im looking for, and what my characters are:

56 lvl thief
36 lvl guardian, ( ive been playing him alot lately, so the thief is no longer my main)
31 lvl Ele
19 lvl Mesmer
3 lvl Ranger

So as you can see im still in noobish lands. i havent done any dungions, i have done some WvW and i really like it, small scale PVP isnt my style, i like the feel of the battlefield. i enjoy PvE, as long as im working towards some common gol, mindless PvE is quite boring, but as long as im on a task it excites me.

I can use Vent, TS, Or Mumble. Would prefurr a guild with a website and some type of voice communications.
I am 35 years old in real life and have kids. kinda odd haveing a kid raising kids lol.

Love to joke around and have fun, especially with guild members, theres still a whole lot i dont know about.

Just a quick note you might want to include what World you are playing (unless you have no issues in transfering to the World the Guild is on) and also what timezone you are in and normal playtimes. I know large Guilds are active most all the time, but small and medium ones may only be active at certain times, or run events at certain times.

Oh, Sorry, im in BP but i have no issues with changing. im currently in EST, i play anywhere from 4am-10am or 8pm till 2am, just depends on how my day goes.

Guild Philosophy

The Order of the Silver Dragons (OSD) are a long-standing multi-wing gaming community that was founded in 2006, and exists well beyond any one game, being involved in many gaming environments.

What makes the OSD unique is their ongoing commitment to mature interactions, their proud display of civility and concern, their desire for adventure and their healthy placement of value on individual effort and communications. They are known across many gaming servers for taking the high road when situations arise, and they pride themselves in the knowledge that they will always strive to help others. Their continued success stems directly from the OSD officers of this community whom take it upon themselves to uphold these virtues, reminiscent of the fabled Knights of the Round Table, which in turn are mimicked by the community of players within the guild. The source of the success of the officers derives from the wisdom of their community leaders, who have been instrumental in the formation of such a strong community.

The OSD consistently leverage their community talents and imaginations to enhance the gaming experience. Definitely not a hard-core guild, their maturity level allows absolute respect for the various playing styles of the community, however they absolutely still engage in competitive play! Recruitment is an on-going active event between their current members, the leadership and the person who wants to join the OSD. What We Offer

• A commercial-grade forum that is very active. Our members actively talk within the various gaming communities, as well as discussions of both present and future games for the PC, Xbox360, PS3, etc. There are also forums for general chatter regarding technical issues, books, movies, music reviews... pretty much anything that comes to mind.
• A commercial Vent server that can be used for raids, groups, pick-up groups... or just to hang out for relaxation with your fellow friends and colleagues.
• A full calendar system with a robust event scheduling system, and an RSVP mechanism (allowing yes, no or maybe to events).
• Support and resources inside of the gaming divisions. Our members are never left out in the cold. We take pride in helping our members out with whatever they need across our various gaming divisions.
• Security in Numbers. Our members are devoted to working together which allows you to quest and adventure in the world with security and peace of mind.
• Information and Mentors. We have explicit resources to help people learn the specific game and become more skilled, and many of our members are highly-skilled at the top of their class just waiting to pass on their knowledge to others.
• Frequently scheduled events.Members in our division will consistently schedule Dynamic events, WvWvW, Dungeons and PvP patrols, as well as PvE and RP events.

Hi Theodrick...it sounds like you might like Wardens of Destiny. We're a medium sized guild with a mumble server. A lot of really good people who play every day. 60 or so people in the guild, but a core of about 20 of us who are around a lot. Mostly, we're a social guild with both a WvW and a PVe presence, on the Tarnished Coast server.

We're not exactly goal driven...we're fun driven...but some of us are more driven than others. I think the main thing about the guild is that everyone likes to help everyone else. If someone needs a dungeon, or a fractal, or kills for their monthly in WvW, there's usually people willing to join in. We have a lot of fun.

We do have a guild website that's not very active, but because we talk every day on mumble, it's sort of a moot point.

We are a very active social guild of players from all over the world who have been playing together for years. We aren't the type of people to give up easily and call it "quits" by throwing in the towel.
