We are Win Or Learn Fast <WOLF> a competitive PVX semi-hardcore guild on Crystal Desert Server.

Our priority as a guild is to provide a competitive, active and social environment that encourages excellence in our guild members. Our members strive for greatness in their level of skill, and are a fun and positive bunch of people to play with. We are also involved with the crystal desert community and encourage our members to be get involved with the community as well as our own guild.

We have had a VERY active core group of players within the guild who have been part of our pack since close to launch. All of our members are very supportive and helpful with eachother, and in our town hall meetings that we hold every couple weeks every members opinion/concerns are valued and considered.

We would be happy to consider any class of new recruits who can meet the following requirement:

- Using Ventrilo is mandatory in WOLF at least for guild events, but GREATLY ENCOURAGED that it be used most of the time guild members are on, as it promotes the members of the guild to know eachother better and be more willing to play together.

- Participate in guild events. Currently our schedule includes WvW mondays, Temples tuesdays, spvp/fight club wednesdays, fractals thursdays, and WvW fridays, weekends and any other times are free for anything and guild events run at reset time. We do alot of WvW and are active and organised with the rest of the community that participates and makes crystal desert so fun and competitive in WvW.

- We have a new website, it is in the process of being beefed up with useful information so it is encouraged that members use the forums every once in a while as it is a valuable tool in communication.

- We have a 100% representation rule to prevent having guild jumpers, if you are not representing it tells us that you are not willing to invest in our group. We do consider this if there is an understandable reason (eg: use of a personal guild bank)

- READ THE GUILD MESSAGE OF THE DAY WHEN YOU LOG ON

- Come to our town hall meetings, the feedback we get greatly helps us progress in a way that makes the mass of our guild happy, and are always willing to compromise if guildies have concerns. They are held every few weeks and it is announced in-game and on the forums in advance, if you cannot make the meetings you can post your thoughts on the forums.

- Be respectful, we try to limit conflicts in our guild if needed, if a member is being harrassed or feels wronged by someone, leadership will consider this and if it isnt resolved with the harrasser they will be kicked. If you do not accept profanity or swearing, we have channels which are PG and channels that are uncensored to make everyone happy.

We are small at the moment at 70 members, but we are very active with eachother and with other guilds so there will be no shortage of players to play with. We feel that our potential as a guild is very promising, and the progress we have made has shown us we are going in the right direction as a guild.

If you are an active player who would enjoy doing daily guild events eg: dungeons, meta events, spvp, wvw, etc.. throughout the week, to dedicate a portion of their time in WvW outside of our planned monday/friday wvw, and have access to ventrilo then consider joining our WOLFPACK!
