    Account terminated by no reason, i'm freaking out!!!

    Guys, I suddenly cannot log in to my account, it says in the message that it has been terminated for selling gold for real money!!! I never did such a thing! Can anyone help me as to suggest what I may do because I canīt even submit a ticket to them because my account cannot even log in the support area!!! This is so unfair from arenanet!! Please any suggestions on what I may do? Or did anyone ever experience it and got to recover his/her account???

    this has come up before so you may want to search the forum for the answer. I think it's something along the lines of email the support of AN. You were probably hacked from China or something along these lines. Good luck man.

    As stated contact Anet support via the official site and tell them you haven't been selling gold your account must have been compromised. They will investigate and verify that someone else accessed your account and reenstate you. What you want to do in the mean time is change your password to your e-mail address connected to your GW2 cleint, because if they gained access to the game they had to gain access to your e-mail aswell.

    They can and indeed do breach GW passwords but that does not mean that they have access to your e mail. When they have your password they can access your account from elsewhere and A Net will mail you to say that it has been accessed and you then have 24 hours to respond to confirm that it is alright to access GW2 from another computer. If you do not reply and someone gets access to your account - they will change your password

    and leave you unable to access your account. Then they will sell gold from it until that account gets banned.

    So continue to freak out but you should have responded to A Nets warning message in the first place. Now all you can do is contact support and see if they will be good enough to look at your case. The ban is because your account was selling gold - not
    for no reason
    .

    May I suggest that next time you register a game with an e-mail you actually use/check that e-mail daily. Please don't reply to this saying it's not fair, you didn't know - as I've been through the first bit of this problem and retained my account because I responded to the e-mail straight away - even if I was at work at the time. It is all in the EULA - A Net require an e-mail they can get in contact with you on.
