[VID] Current state of the game for gw2

Hey guys,

Most of you are probably still very much in love with Guild Wars 2, and I still really like the game, but for some reason it has lost some of its appeal. Now I'm guessing I am not alone in this, so I made a short video about WHY exactly I think GW2 is losing some of its interest and what the current state of the game is.

I am very interested in your opinions on the matter!

Please let me know how you feel about the current state of the game!

Saw your video and I know where you are coming from. The end game seem to have no sense of purpose or competition. The world vs world and world bosses are way too mindless with everyone zerging everywhere. Dungeons are fun but no good rewards makes it unappealing. Battleground are also fun but can't team up with friends properly and also very repetitive. I have obtained all the gear that I wanted to get and changed the skins to my liking and now have nothing much to do, haven't even logged in for a month now.

I would agree with the video, I have found myself playing less and less after hitting level 80, I have two alts 66 and 24. I also have gear that Is just after I hit 80 and I have no real incentive to grind for new gear as what I have works for me now. But I think the main issue is the rewards from the dungeons are not enough and the annoying part of getting non class specific grade armor (light, medium, heavy) when you get a chest in the dungeon. So this does slightly keep me away from always wanting to do a dungeon.

Maybe the incentive to play will change with an expansion or something
