One of the most important parts of sPvP is to have a consistant team. When you each know how the other plays (everyone plays differently even with the same build) you are more effective. Simpliest way to find a good team is through a guild. Find one or make one with the people you play with. Doing so will make it a bit easier getting yourselfs together and pawning pugs in sPvP.
