2100 MB Ram
Am running on Windows 7 64 bits 1366x768

try the "can you run it tool"...
You may be able to barely run it on low.

BUT I might give it a try though, it also says I cant run Aion but I can,
Which isnt what that tester says, it says I cant play aion ,
so I might be able to play GW2..

yeah, if it is a desktop and you can spare a few bucks, $200-300 can probably get you running a new setup. Depends if you have the $$. I didn't really expect those specs to pass the requirements.
