lvl 80 elementalist looking for active guild

I'm a lvl 80 elementalist, very laid back, and I'm just looking for people to run dungeons with/help with challenging quests/WvW. I find it frustrating when you're stuck on something or can't get into a dungeon because of lack of numbers, and I know other people feel the same way =) I have a few buddies that are in the same boat as me and we'd each be down to join active guilds. We typically play between 7pm-2am ET and are active.

First off, welcome to the GuildWars2Forums! Laidback is the way to go in my opion. Nothing should be forced aslong as you enjoy what you are doing online! We from Extraordinary Gentlemen [EXG] - are an international Guild where our members mainly reside in The USA, Europe and Asia. Therefore we have members online at all times to party up with. We host scheduled PvE runs and WvW events whom you can join too! Nonetheless, outside of those events, we organize daily activities and due our strong and active community, finding a party shouldnt be a problem!

We are a very active social guild of players from all over the world who have been playing together for years. We aren't the type of people to give up easily and call it "quits" by throwing in the towel. We won't tolerate PvP tea parties or dungeon mega-NAPs; we play on our own terms, and we have fun doing it.This is not a guild where you'll log in and nothing's going on. We play Guild Wars together, We call psychic hotlines and escort services. Even if you're not doing anything in particular, you can always come on TeamSpeak. This is where we reside and hang out most of the day. In EXG we feel that words can only express so much and that no one has to type full sentences while dodging an angry Centaur. So we feel that Voice Chat goes a long way to get us to know one another better and to perform better ingame.

We raid at any time, farming items, slaughter with style in PvP and leveling up guildies. We treat everyone the same, and we always make sure that everybody is involved. We strive for excellence, and we strive to win. We never lose our goal out of our sight,
creating a warm social environment to experience the perfect feeling of Guild Wars. If you can give us your loyalty and the best that you can be in raids and PvP, we will be sure to take care of you and make you a part of our family. At the end of the day, and at this point in the MMORPG scene, would you rather sit in a guild with 500 people, not knowing or caring if you make a difference? Or would you rather be in a guild taking on the odds and making an impact?Up untill now, this is only the beginning. Being a Member of EXG grants endless possibilities. We give our members the oppertunity to grow inside the guild. This means they can get promotion in the ranks. This may vary from forum Admin to Ingame Officer. Due our large community and the high offer of content, alot of things needs to be done. We occasionally add careers inside our crew which helps you develop skills you can apply in real life aswell.

As we have mentioned before, we have alot of content circling around inguild. We have the typical Guild Events customized by our members and our members needs. A large forum with dozends of sections and topics where you can discuss, talk and spam the area. The forum has alot of features to play around with, to keep forum posting interesting. Not to mention our very own Guild Bar called TeamSpeak where our members reside. Also our website who gets a weekly update to stay ahead of any other guild providing the best content a player and member needs to know. (Note: Currently our new website is work in progress, so stay tuned for the big launch!)

Hi borithir,

I’m a member of Masters of Ascendance [MOA], housed on Sorrow’s Furnace. We’re a medium and growing guild of about 10-20 players active during North American [EST] evening and Australian evening time. Sorrow’s Furnace is an active server that, although being a low-tier WvW competitor, makes up for it by plenty of PVE grouping.

We’re a supportive guild that encourages all styles and levels of play. Most of our members are casual but active on a daily basis, and it’s normal to find us organizing dungeon runs, map clearings, jump puzzles, and even user-made games like scavenger hunts (recent).

Our objective is to have fun playing the game in a group setting while encouraging each other and pulling all members through challenging game content. We have no strict representation rules, and our members are funny, helpful, and skilled.

The guild is growing and right now we feature a well-stocked guild bank and several tier-1, 2 and 3 upgrades to boost karma and magic find, which can be activated by guild officers during group events. Hey borithir...I normally don't respond to these threads since I'm not the leader of my guild but I have a soft spot for elementalists being one myself. My guild is on IOJ so that may be a deal breaker for you but we have about 100 members who play everything including dungeons, fractals, general PVE and WvW. (I'm part of the dedicated WvW crowd which is about 10-15 of us) I was told we will be adding a "dungeon night" very soon so members can get their fractals done as well as other dungeons they want. (I don't plan on doing them btw)

But if you want a fun guild full of skilled players that are both competative (will spend a ton of gold a day to build multiple golems for a push) but also fun (then congradulate everyone and have a dance party and then jump a golem off a bridge randomly)...then think about RUN from IOJ.
