I've never really played GW before, but someone told me that GW2 was coming out "soon"
I checked it out and it looks truly amazing, simply put... the MMO manifesto had me drooling.
so, i'll be wandering around to find a GW2 forum that makes me happy so i can discuss things i like / dislike and general theory craft.
although i have to admit, I'm a huge Diablo fanboy, and this game looks like it's going to tear me away from that trilogy.

Hi Trapslick, welcome to these forums, and to the Guild Wars community. If you're such a big Diablo fan, then I have to ask... have you tried Path of Exile yet?
i haven't tried PoE yet, but i plan on it for sure... its been looking pretty interesting, i don't quite know what to think of their skill system.
As far as other things having me excited? Torchlight 2 is on my list, those guys over at runic just seem like cool people to me, i haven't figured out why i like em so much ^^

imho the skill system in itself is extremely flexible, it's just their skill tree that makes things complex. But they're still heavily working on a new skill tree that makes it a bit easier to get a grip on the whole thing.
I probably should have included guild wars 2 in that question.. Anything about gw2 your really excited about?
