Couple seeks Aussie guild

G'day! We are an older couple in Sydney, Australia, new to Guild Wars but veterans of WoW. We've had enough of WoW after 6 years, and are poking around in Guild Wars. We're looking for an active, social guild for when GW2 launches. We're mainly looking for a PvE, family-friendly type guild within the Australian/New Zealand timezones.

Have you checked out our Guilds Recruiting section? I know there are already some Oceanic guilds there, such as this one... and I'm sure there will be more the closer we get to the release.

Hi there Mirantha! Welcome to the forums! Both of you! There are loads of guilds here so I'm sure one of them will have the time zone you are looking for. I would suggest Ship Happens but we have only a few people in your time zone. I'm sure there's a few guilds out there that have a lot of people in your area or close to your time zone.

Conquest is an Australian based guild we are currently working on recruitment for the upcoming game Guild Wars 2

We are after members to level and complete dungeons/dynamic events with and also dominate PvP/WvW

If you are interested, you can check out Blood of the Dragon

Although the guild isn't specifically an Aussie guild, the Guild founders are Australian. The guild is aiming to be more of an international guild and accepting all types of applicants from all over the world. Blood of the Dragon is a role play friendly guild as well. You are not required to role play as the guild accepts all types of players with different play styles and interests.

Its a bit difficult to explain all the details of the guild, so come check out the site and apply on the forums if you find you are interested.
