Is My Computer Good Enough?

I really like this game, and I've been considering buying it, but I'm worried that my computer won't be able to handle it. What do you guys think?

16GB DDR3
2TB HDD Capacity
NVIDIA GeForce GT 620 2GB

I would say it would handle it easily, especially in PvE. I have a faster CPU but less capable GPU and the only lag I get is when there's a ton of people around (I don't do PvP or WvW so I can't vouch for performance there).

You will have no problems on low settings, on medium you will get much lower fps when large groups of people are around, but other than that you'll be just fine.
