Question How can I run both crysis 1 & 2 maxed with 60 fps but gw2 on lowest 25 fps

I have AMD Phenom II 940 x4 Black Edition with 4 gigs ram at 1066 and win7 64bit. I have never had problems with a game before this. Any suggestions? Is there a magic driver version?

Yes the magic drivers are kept beside the long stands and big weights . . . . .

Give us a clue what graphics card you are running and that would help a lot more than your processor and memory specs.

Well, Crysis 2 came out in 2011 so it's not that old.

Never compare other games it's like apples and oranges. Now to answer your question it's the processor holding you back. If you can overclock it to about 3.6 it would help you need a good aftermarket cooler to do that and they can reach 4.4 with high end water cooling.
AMD are more of a budget processor Intel has a huge preformance perclock speed over them in most games. This game is very processor dependent not graphic card. Cutting reflections, shadows, and shaders off or to low will help some.
Just to let you know my system and FPS I get that are alot better than most peoples performance.
i5 2500K @ 4.4GHz Liquid cooled can run it 100% stable @ 5.0 but with deminishing returns their no need to run it their.
    16GB 2133 ram
    6970 video card @ 950/1425
    SSD
I always play with Vsync on steady 60 FPS in LA I get 45/60 FPS just depending on how many people, big zergs WVW 35/45 and this is with a very optimized PC.
If you can not overclock your processor you have what you have they are no magic pill or driver.
For this game and a few other newer games a new i3 3220 would almost double your FPS although if I was going to upgrade to Intel I would save longer and get a i5.
