Hmm... I hope someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but your CPU is about seven years old and your GPU knocking on five. If I'm right, then you will struggle even if you're clocking 2.5ghz on the chip.

If I'm right, I'd say you'd be looking for an upgrade or new rig.

D3 and SC2 are no where near as intensive as GW2. As Mr Crow pointed out both your CPU and your GPU are aging and while you are above the min reguirements for the game, you aren't that much above them.

What settings are you trying to play on?
Go into options and tell it to play on recommended settings or switch to lowest and see how things are. If you can play alright on low then bump settings up a bit to make things look better and test things out till you get to where you can play and you like the graphics. But even on lowest the graphics are still pretty good.

Pretty much follow these directions until you can't stand your aging computer any longer.
You can upgrade your CPU + mobo + memory + GPU at a time when you care to and get much better performance.

This would be a cheap upgrade but might need ta BIOS flash on the MB. My wife got 20/45 FPS with it in regular game play never tried large events or WVW. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103953
