Selling Dusk

Have a dusk to sell, current buy orders are at 560g willing to sell at 525g open for negotiation.

Would you be willing for both parties to pick a trusted third party (like Vayne the moderator of this site) to receive both the funds and the Dusk so each party can be sure they will receive the item and that this is not a scam?

I'm just asking not because I want to buy it, (which I do not), but more because I'm a sceptic. Sure I can see why people would want to circumvent the listing/selling feels on the TP, but 525g is a lot of money for somebody to just send you on faith.
