Active European Server Guild Needed

Hello Community,
I'm a European male Citizen of the age of 26 who's looking for a big guild (+150 members), that is active (mostly PvE), social and friendly.
I am currently playing on an american server, but I need to switch soon to a european server since most of my friends play over there.

A perfect guild for me would be a Guild:

• with lots of mature members (who play casually & for fun),
• that is helpful,
• that is team-oriented,
• that has a VoIP system,
• that has website,
• that does regular Dungeon runs and Map clearing,
• that's helping out with gearing its members through a donation system,
• that is knowledgeable on how to gear members/professions for dungeons,
• with english speaking People from all timezones,
• that is not constantly dominated in WvWvW.

I'm very active myself, with 4 lvl 80's (with almost all possible crafting options unlocked) though none have exotic gear since that's something I want to get once I know what I'd need to run though dungeons with my guild.
