To business I play Gw2 quite alot and keep myself updated with news/changes and apply the best strategies for in game. I Believe the best things in games require grinding but eliminating the time required is key. Im particularly after a Guild that Encourages and Expects Guild members to partake in Guild events being PvE/Dungeons/WvW.

If a guild forces its members to partake in events that is not for me. I was in a guild on Desolation where members were literally being forced to do WvW...Which HUGELY killed the fun. Please don't reply if your Guild structure/playing environment is like this. Im obviously just trying to find that balance between expertise and its gaming environment.

Mandatory Requirements for the guild I am after:
Voice communications -TS/VENT/MUMBLE
1-3 Guild events a week.
Experienced and Active Community/Hub
English Speaking
Dungeon runs

Other Requirements: - Non Mandatory
Strong WvW Alliance.
Guild Lottery
