Starting a new Guild..

I am looking for people to start a new guild inside the GW2 Community.
I have been running a guild for SWTOR(90players), Eve-Online(250players) and Wow(60players) for sometime now. I have quit playing those games because i find the Pvp and Pve systems lacking.

I am looking for some people who want to start a new fresh guild inside GW2..

The things i can offer: A domain, A website + A forum and some Leader-ship.
The things i am looking for are: Someone who can lead the guild-administration such as applications, A web-master who keeps the website/forums updated and neat, an person who wants to lead also who has much experience in creating/leading a guild.
