Any active guilds on a European server looking for a House Plant?

Hello Community,
I'm known as Geordina, or Sylvari Marillion, a 21 year old European who's in need of a fantastic guild.
I am currently playing on an american server, but I need to switch soon to a european server since most of my friends play over there. It would be nice if the European server I'd play on would be very active in PvE, maybe even into role-playing, with a few international players (wonderful if some speak german), and not constantly annihilated in WvW.

A perfect guild for me would be a Guild:

with lots of mature members (who play casually & for fun),
that is helpful,
that is team-oriented,
that has a VoIP system,
that has website,
that does regular Dungeon runs and Map clearing,
that's helping out with gearing its members through a donation system,
that is knowledgeable on how to gear members/professions for dungeons,
with english speaking People from all timezones,
that is not constantly dominated in WvWvW.

Guild Philosophy

The Order of the Silver Dragons (OSD) are a long-standing multi-wing gaming community that was founded in 2006, and exists well beyond any one game, being involved in many gaming environments.

What makes the OSD unique is their ongoing commitment to mature interactions, their proud display of civility and concern, their desire for adventure and their healthy placement of value on individual effort and communications. They are known across many gaming servers for taking the high road when situations arise, and they pride themselves in the knowledge that they will always strive to help others. Their continued success stems directly from the OSD officers of this community whom take it upon themselves to uphold these virtues, reminiscent of the fabled Knights of the Round Table, which in turn are mimicked by the community of players within the guild. The source of the success of the officers derives from the wisdom of their community leaders, who have been instrumental in the formation of such a strong community.

The OSD consistently leverage their community talents and imaginations to enhance the gaming experience. Definitely not a hard-core guild, their maturity level allows absolute respect for the various playing styles of the community, however they absolutely still engage in competitive play! I had to dig quite a bit, register on your website and use trial & luck tactics to ask one of your officers, what server you're on.
Unfortunately Isle of Janthir is a American Server, which won't allow me to play with my european friends, which is why I have to decline this offer.

[COVE] has chose a Native American titles as there ranks . There are 7 different rank titles, as you grow with the guild by helping and being active you will go up a rank which will be chosen by a vote of the higher ranks. Each higher rank will have a certain role in the game whether it be recruiting, running event’s or even collecting items for other players. All ranks can gain a role if they are committed to having one.
