Homeless in Crystal Desert

I'm an 80 ranger with exotics & ascended gear, looking for an active guild to run dungeons, maps, etcetera with. I don't want to switch servers, so I'm looking for something specifically on Crystal Desert.

Ideally, I want a PVE guild that's fun, laid back and isn't too competitive (been playing games for years, so I've grown out of the hardcore numbers phase). I'm willing to do WVW as well, and have done it extensively in the past. I have a RL busy schedule that doesn't allow for serious game time, but I'd like something active enough to do dungeons/fractals with whenever I'm around.

I've got gear for both support and damage roles, and I'm also (casually) leveling both a warrior and an ele. Teamspeak isn't a must, but it helps, I suppose. More importantly, I guess I just want to make friends with fellow Crystal Desert peeps. :3

Anyone want to give me a roof to settle under?

EDIT: I could be convinced to switch servers, if someone was really, really nice.
