What are new Exotic Karma Items?

Items & Rewards
A new Orrian Jewelry Box has been added to karma vendors across Orr.
The item “Heavy Moldy Bag” has been updated to drop more frequently.
Various Risen creatures have had their loot tables updated to provide more varied crafting materials.
The karma vendors featured in temple chains offer new exotic wares.

Can anyone give any more information on this?

Karma armor currently only has a lot of stats that are useless for my class. I'm hoping that new armor types were added. Did anyone check this out?

I don't know, but an improvement to the existing karma exotic armor sets would be a welcome addition.

Got myself some Power/Tough/Critdmg rings at the balthazar temple yesterday.

Well I got the Jewelry Box at one of the karma vendors in orr. It cost 4500 Karma and contaned Karma vial and either high end mats or a junk trophy. I decided to use my 200k karma and see how much I could get in mats from these. I got 45 boxes, which I opened for a variety of Karma vials (largest worth 3k smallest 400) and a variety of mats (mostly the junk but some decent mats) I drank the karma and got 15 more boxes (after opening drinking opening drinking till i couldn't get any more boxes) I ended up with 350 junk items and 24 mats and 3 of the same mini pet lol. The mats I sold in the TP for 6 gold the junk was worth a fair amount too.

So if you like crafting and aren't using all that karma you have for a legendary you can get some rare mats from the boxes or if you have lots of karma and just want a way to turn it into money these are a good way atm to do so. I'm not sure if these boxes are going to cause mats to deflait in price or not, but it certainly is something to watch out for.

Yeah, I spent about 80-100k (because I kept getting more karma) and sold stuff for about 3g...so just about the same as you did except I got no mini pets. I still have over a mil left I want to keep around until the feb patch (that's the WvW patch I think) and then if nothing good comes out then, I'll just blow it all then.
