Need help before buying this game

Hello,
I don't play games on my PC but I saw GW2 and Tera then I liked what I saw. I don't know much about PC performance so I want to help if my PC can run it ( smoothly on medium setting) I think to make my PC run it on high setting would be costly. Anyway here it is:
Operating System: Windows 8 Pro 32-bit
Process: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz (2 CPUs),~3.2GHz
Memory : 2560MB RAM
Video Card: NVIDIA Geforce 6200 TurboCache

As I said I don't have knowledge about system requirement for games so I would appreciate your help

You'll be able to play, even though you are below min specs, just beware of large world events or zergfests in WvW. With that card I think even on low settings your going to drop to a crawl in FPS. I believe on the official Guild Wars site they have a system tester to check your pc if it meets the min. requirements.

Im running well on a GTX460
I use an i7 3.6ghz and the processor runs dam near 90%

There are a lot of different graphics cards out there. Some newer than others some stronger than others.

Generally the first number of a GPU is the generation number, like Alex's his is the 4th gen of the GTX series. The second is basicly the quality or power of the card. The higher number there the higher end the card is. Some cards are listed by the 1000s like your Geforce, 6200, thats the 6th gen of that series and the 3rd lowest (ranks are from 0-9) quality of that series. And sometimes that have a 3rd number like 6250, that 3rd is just a subseries, usually means higher clock speed or higher memory speed of the card.

Any card that is half way up the tiers for its series should be able to play the game just fine. (such as GTX440 or greater like Alex's 460) I run a GTX 670, but my pc is only a few months old. There are a lot of cards out there and you don't have to buy the newest or the best to get one that will play the game just fine.

What you do need to make sure of is that you buy one compatiable with your motherboard. The same card will have different versions to work with different makes of motherboards so just keep that in mind while looking.
