Account Terminated - help anybody please

Hey,

So other day my account got terminated because it was linked with another account which was stealing items from players account. Let just get this straight I have NOT doing anything like this, I've had the game since launch an done everything legit. Couple of days ago I got a mail with items in it from a random player so I thought okay I'll have them, my guess is that these are stolen items that they are talking about. I had no idea they are stolen.

I have contacted support and this was there final response

The decision to terminate the account is final. This decision has been thoroughly reviewed by our team, and we maintain absolute confidence in our conclusion. The account will remain permanently closed and is not eligible for reactivation under any circumstances.

I haven't done anything wrong, I can't post in the forums because my account has been banned, on the forums they have people from Arenanet which help and I want to get help from them but as I said I'm unable to post a thread because I'm banned. Can anybody here please post a forum thread on there with my ticket support number so one of them can help me please or if better a official Arenanet on here can check please?

Anything anyone else posts on your behalf will result in them earning an infraction on the official forums. What you need to do is submit a ticket to support to let them know you were wrongly accused and banned. They will reinvestigate the situation and make the decision of to lift the ban or not. Posting on the official forums or asking others to do so for you is only going to hurt your cause since the devs/mods state NOT to do this and doing so will get you in trouble.

You post on this forum with the ticket number than someone that actually does there job will look at it. Someone can post on my behalf I've seen it done many times along with the devs replying to it as well.

I've already submitted a ticket but they don't listen, this is why I want to post on the forum.

All I need is someone to go on that forum and post the ticket number so they can check it please?

I've tried ticket, they just don't listen and just say it is there final word. When I've done nothing wrong

Well they are saying that they have banned it because it was used with another account to steal items from people players accounts, when I have done nothing like that. Couple of days ago I got 1 mail in game with 5 items from a random guy so I taken them... I think that mail was the stolen items but I didn't know this.. they just don't believe me. That why I need to post on that forum because they do listen on there but I can't post on there because my guild wars 2 account is banned.

Send them a ticket and ask them for a total refund otherwise you will sue them.
