Account banned? Customer service reaction time?

It seems my account was banned. I have no idea why. I just play the game. I sent in a Customer Support ticket. Does anyone know how long something like this takes to fix?

Generally they send you an e-mail stating the reason for the ban. Check your e-mail and your junk/spam mail folders too see. As far as being unbanned it depends on how busy they are. I do believe they try to get to tickets and respond within 3 days, since they have a thread in the forums for tickets that have been unanswered for 3 days or more.
