I am a necromancer in the tavern tryig to create a diversion and to do this I need to use Lightddbringer Tybals left paw, How do I do this and where to create a diversion I've assumed i knock bottles over or similar but no joy can't even get the paw to move,I'm using the pc version can someone help please

Have you checked out the GW2 Wiki yet? I believe I read about this on there, if I am not mistaken. However I do not play as necromancer on my main.
