I already fixed the game 5 times and still does not work, nearly 500 mb download for repair.

At first the game did not crash either, now is all the time.
I do not know what is happening.

First of all: This is just a fan forum, not the official forums. Therefore you'll not be able to get a refund here. Whether you can get one via the official channels of Arenanet, I can't say. But I would doubt it, since the problem has most likely something to do with your computer (especially since it seemed to work for you previously). But you can always try.

Has anything changed with your computer between when the game didn't crash and when it did?

Did you install/deinstall anything (software/hardware)?

Are there any error messages before or after the crash?

I've been having issues too. It does seem that, with the Feb 13th patch, the was a change to some code - I'd been getting BSOD's. However (fingers crossed), that problem has now gone away. I did three things:

- Ensure all my Windows Updates were downloaded and installed
- Updated my GPU drivers to the latest version
- Downclocked my o/c to it's core speed

It could have been one or all of the above for I know but perhaps you could try those steps if you haven't already.
