First PC build\ gift help please.

So I want to build a budget PC for 2 reasons. 1: practice for when I build a $3k pc and 2:as a gift for my brother to replace his old pc that cant even run GW2.

So I was wondering if this set up will run GW2 fairly well. Please plase help.


I can help him add a graphics card later on but I want the build alone to run GW2 for now.

THe A10-5800K can run games on low resolution. So if you buy a monitor that is 1920X1080 it would struggle a bit.
A realistic build is about $500 not counting OS
