Not something I would try to run this game on and it be playable. First to overclock that CPU you got to raise the FSB wich means you are perrty much overclocking everything. Big doughts on getting 3.7 without frying the motherboard or the cheap power supply will keep it stable it's very low quality. Not sure about the hybirdXfire but GW2 is not Xfire friendly.
For the first post I hear the A10 5800k paired with 8GB of 1866 memory (the APU uses the system memory) is playable but I have no data to back that up.
The speed and amount of the memory is crucial for good performance.

Not sure if you already have the hard drives but they must be SATA not IDE.

This one is from a Craigslist sale for $330. $500 is MAX I want to spend. Its just a gift for my brother and more in the $300 area would be better. He does NOT play BF3 or Crysis or games like that. Only free online ganes likeb fiesta and the"best" games he plays are league of legends and Guild Wars 2.

Guild Wars is a lot more demanding than you are giving it credit for. BF3 is graphics heavy as GW2 is CPU heavy. You can't penny pinch on the CPU or it simply won't be playable.

You should be able to find a used PC on CL that is completely capable of playing, or you can build something sufficient for around $500 w/o OS.
