I am so sorry. Its going to be a horribly long disappointing life for you if you cannot handle pw resets.

My work passwords change every 2 weeks, so places are worse. L2 deal with things not going as planned and work through it. That is what being a grown up is about. Or, if that doesnt fit your wants just yet, find a game that doesnt make you change your pw when there is an issue. I am sure you will love it until someone hacks your account.

On a side note, your looking for an mmo not based on quality of content, but if it has an easy pw system w/o hassle? qtf? please waste the official forums time, they love ppl like you there.

Password resets can be annoying indeed. I would recomend an easy way to remember your passwords would be to add an extra number or letter to the end that goes up or down in value after every change. Like say your password was orginally "I1hate9Anet" when you have to change do "I1hate9Anet1" and next time "I1hate9Anet2" and so on and so forth. I know its not as nice as never having to change your password, but it is an easy way to keep track of changes.

There really isn't any reason to be a jerk about it. But this kind of is a hilariously silly reason to rage quit anything. Dunno why anyone would delete an account just because of password changes lol.

Zorac's idea is a good one and it's a method I also follow. If I counted the amount of uid's and passwords I need for my gaming life, then add that to those of my working life, I have eighty three different ones to remember. Keeping part of the password the same each time and incrementing by one is about the only way I'll get by

Its not typically my mo, but this seemed like activity from under the bridge dwellers. And the hard truth is password resets exist in every part of life now. Sink or swim I say.

Well I have a feeling it has been building for quite a while and this finally set him over the edge. I can't imagine a simple password reset would be the only reason to quite a game as it's just a minor annoyance.

Anyone who knows someone who aren't using their account or have stop playing Guild Wars 2 completely, please can you get in contact with them asking them for their account. I've been using my mates account for a while and now he wants to use it again and as a student don't have enough money to spend on buying an account. So if anyone can help drop me a message.

    Kind regards

If you are going to hate a game at least give a reason?

My understanding is a reason was initially given after which it was edited into oblivion. Judging by the responses one would assume it was about the requisite password change.
