Yeah, but... you can get a 15" 16:9 monitor for like $40 these days... saves space and makes the internet look better (y'know, cause everyone designs their sites around the 16:9 aspect ratio these days)... personall,y I'm a laptop hopper... in the past year I've used 3 laptops (my friends, my brothers, now my moms which is really mine now for all intents and purposes)... but yeah... even before that trend, though, I had an 18" 16:9 monitor that I got for $60 for my PC... of course I don't use that computer anymore (and thereby sold my monitor) because the computer blew out... it had been over clocked for years, and it finally burned itself out, lol.

But a 15'' monitor is so small... If I were to change out my 4:3 monitor it would've to be to one of similar size, the one I have at the moment is 24'' I think...
Also, regarding messy desktops: I have a friend who saves everything he finds that he likes on his desktop, and when it gets full creates a folder (on the desktop) called "ashgec", or some other random string, and dumps it all into that until he has a desktop full of folders named random things. He then dumps those into yet anotehr randomly named folder and continues.
He's a information system and library sciences major...

Well, if you never use a big monitor then the small monitors never feel small in the first place, haha. I've never worried about screen space, in any case when you have graphics cards like the ones I have, you can't really push your luck with large resolutions and screen sizes anyway (in terms of playing games, I mean).
This monitor has a sentimental value , it's 6 years old, still works (which is a miracle due to all the rage hits in those 6 years O.o) the same as the keyboard.... it's a mini one and is also 6 yo, all letters but ''Y'' are erased , at about half the length it's slightly cracked and the ''C'' button is slightly melted. I blame GW targeting for that one
I go a bit minimalist. Every so often, when I can't sustain the groupings anymore it all gets mushed together, then I eventually clean up all the crap and it it starts all over.
I'm quite proud of the DoW catagory, and the MMO catagory which I neither pay for or play!
EDIT: As for the monitor itself, its a 24 inch. It has a dead pixel near the center that shows up some times. If I rub it it goes away for 6 months.
Theres also a 20 inch sitting next to it that I've never used, straight out of the box, lol.

Gotta love DCUOL... actually, I've never read an issue... been meaning to pick them all up, though, and place it on my hold.
