How do you craft lvl 15 and lvl 20 items?

Hi glolg, welcome to this forum. From what I have understood, it will work as follows: as your crafting level goes up (from previous things you've crafted), you will be able to combine better quality components. The higher your crafting level and the better the components that you combine, the better (and higher level) the items that you can create with those.
