I went to the pre-purchase page, input my information, and clicked 'complete purchase,' but it's taking forever. My ncsoft account doesn't list any transactions made, but my credit card was billed. I'm kind of getting nervous.

Did you get any type of e-mail?
Mine does not show up as linked on my NCsoft account, even though I registered my product already. So I wouldn't worry about that bit, at least.My guess is that the page is just slammed, lol. Did you buy directly from Anet?

Yes, I did buy directly from Anet..and I did get an email with a CD-key and an order number...* sigh * XD I'm such a blonde. How do I register the product? It keeps telling me the serial number is invalid.

I had the same problem with mine. At first I would put in my stuff then when I clicked "finished" or "complete order",(what ever it was) and nothing happened. I closed my internet and tried again, that's when the problem happened for me too. So I closed my internet again and it finally worked for me. If this doesn't work than best of luck to ya.

Oh my goodness. Thank you so much, Ruse - I was trying to register it via ncsoft game account creation (i.e 'enter serial number'). * sigh * I never cease to amaze myself with my moments of unmitigated idiocy...xD
Actually, I tried that too, LOL. I figured the product would at least show up there, but nope.

xD! Well that makes me feel better. I was surprised it didn't either, and I got a tiny bit uneasy when it wouldn't show up on my ncsoft billing history and it wouldn't take the serial number, but I figured I was doing something wrong. But even then a tiny part of me was like, "Did I just get ripped off? Oh my god. Gilgamesh was right" xD Anyway, thanks all of you for your speedy assistance. :)
