Hi guys I was wondering if someone could help me check if my system can run Guild Wars 2.

Toshiba Satelite M305
PhoenixBios 4.0
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.00Ghz (2 Cpus), ~ 2.0ghz
Memory: 3923 mb ram
Direct X 10

Also if these can't run the game even on low are there any suggestions on how I could build myself a laptop by customizing online(I've heard it was cheaper and better then buying a premade laptop). Thank you.
