RECRUITMENT INFORMATION:


vVv Gaming is looking for players of all skill levels for our Guildwars 2 team. Anyone and everyone is welcome to apply. Though some restrictions do apply.



REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP:


Activity - We can't stress enough how important this is. If you WANT to be here, we want you here. If you just want to be able to say you're a part of vVv without ever being active or contributing, you won't make it very far.

Value - What do you have to offer us? We don't demand much from our members other than their contributions. No we don't mean money. When we say value, we mean what you can do to help vVv remain the amazing community it is. Whether it's helping to recruit, creating graphics, helping on the forums, or whatever. There's a lot anyone can do to add value.

Respect - Everyone deserves respect. Simple as that. We will respect you as long as you respect us. But it goes beyond that as well, we expect you to respect yourself and whomever else you game with. Regardless of their attitude. People will talk trash, that doesn't mean we have too as well.

Drive - We expect any and all people in vVv to have the drive to succeed as part of the community. Whether it's by dominating tournaments, contributing on the forums, or just helping to make the community better as a whole. We expect you to put in as much as you want back from us.


THE COMMUNITY:


vVv Gaming does not, nor will it ever, tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia or any other kind of discrimination. We are gamers, that doesn't mean we're jerks. The application period is by no means short, it can last anywhere from thirty to ninety days. When we feel it's time for you to step up, you'll go through an interview first with our MMO Manager, then our President. If accepted, you will rock the vVv tag like every other member. During the application period, we expect you to show us you belong with us.

vVv Gaming is full of wonderful and talented people, as an applicant to vVv, I can say that my experience so far as been nothing less that incredible.

I have been with vVv Gaming for almost 3 months now and my experience has been nothing short of spectacular.

I was wary at first when looking for a GW2 guild; I didn't want to fade into the background, I wanted to have a place in a guild. So who was I, a little nobody wanting to join an eSports organization like vVv Gaming? Even with my worries, I started posting in the forums and later signed up to join the guild. When I was a lowbie going through the application process, everybody was extremely nice and willing to lend a helping hand. Heck, I'm a full member now and when I have my derp moments, everyone is still helpful.

And so I found my place in vVv Gaming and learn what the organization is all about: community. It does what seems like is impossible; it merges the casuals with the hardcore. Sure, we can still dominate you in a wide selection of video games, but it doesn't mean we have to be elitist jerks while doing it.

So do you want a guild that has a great community, but isn't one of those guilds that'll never let you reach your full potential as a PvPer, WvWer, or whatever is that you do? Then join vVv Gaming, because you can be sure we'll be dominating
