    GW Character Concepts

I'm sure everyone here has a multitude of characters already in Guild Wars. Some you may want to keep a secret for GW2, but I thought it might be fun to share some character concepts.

    Mira Solara:

She pretty much talks like an English-dubbed anime teen character. Spoiled rotten. Has never paid for a single item in her life. Dark-skinned Elonian Paragon with platinum silver hair, silver lips and eyes, she stands out in a crowd. Will randomly break out in pop n' lock routines yelling out, "Ooowa, oooh!", mostly in attempt to draw attention to her designer Obsidian boots...that she didn't pay for.

Most people put up with her because she's a helluva spot healer and team buff princess.

Been meaning to do this awhile.

    Sarielle Tevy:
A good girl. Quiet, gentle and diplomatic -- you can easily bully her, just don't bully her friends. Her strengths are brought out through adversity. From a wealthy family, she lacks the typical arrogance (in fact, she borderline lacks self-esteem), and those who don't know her background are often surprised to discover it. Not exactly pretty and boyishly thin, her grey eyes are her one great beauty; they look at once both melancholy and full of an ageless wisdom. She's truthful to a fault, and pious to an obnoxious degree.

    Ruse Torrent:
Mischievously mean, she's not actually malicious...though her hot temper often leads pranks/arguments to get out of hand. A fashionista and something of a hedonist, she likes what money can do -- she just doesn't want to do an honest day's work for it. A product of The Searing, she's determined to eat, drink (copiously) and be merry, understanding that thanks to her lifestyle, she's not likely to die old. Ruse has no problems skirting the truth and is well aware of her feminine charms, though she can mar their effect with her impatience and arrogance.

is this like a little background/story about the character(s) you've created? Or is this something you earned in some way?

Yep, just a brief background/overview, that's all. Feel free to add to the list!

sounds fun. I'll work one up for my GW2 Necromancer cause I don't have a GW1 character v.v

    Sivious Dreavous:
Uravous Dreavous was a protector of Dristic, a guild of unknown cruel and heartless necromancers. Uravous gave birth to Sivious. She had sinned, for reproduction without approval was forbidden. Uravous and Sivious were sentenced to be executed. Being one of the most skillful of the protectors, she fought well against the others and escaped with her son.

Marked as traitors, the two took refuge off of Divinity’s coast. They were exiled from their home and abandoned by their family. For many years the two kept a low profile and Uravous restricted the practice of dark magic. As Sivious grew up not knowing his past and purpose, he developed certain urges. These urges were considered a curse to Uravous, but a virtue to Dristic. Sivious was a necromancer by blood. His family curse grew within him and as he got older he could not stop the urge to absorb the souls of the living.

Uravous and Sivious traveled to Divinity’s Reach for help. Meeting with Logan Thackeray, he took the two under his wing. Logan trained Sivious the arts of war, knowing Sivious had great powers to discover. He encouraged Uravous to teach her son the dark arts, so Sivious could fight flawlessly in battle. Today Sivious is a soldier of Kryta, able to feed his urges in battle. Though a natural born killer, he learned to control the evil in him by siphoning the life of the immoral.

    Victoria Quickblade
A professional assasin, or at least that's what she used to classify as in her days spent with the Ascalon Vanguard. In her last days spent with the elite guard she was given an assignment to assassinate a highly skilled Charr commander in the northern Shiverpeaks. She had little trouble dosing his drink and hiding until he fell asleep, but as she entered the sleeping chambers and held the knife at the Charr's throat she had a sudden thought. She asked the question to herself, why am I killing this Charr? That question sparked something in her and she decided to go another direction in life.

Victoria is now head of the diplomacy sector for the Ebon Vanguard. Using brain and not brawn to decide the outcome of a battle. She enjoys peppermint candies and long walks in below freezing weather.
