I'm greedy when it comes to professions. I have a handful of character concepts that dont know their profs yet. Want now plx.

I know this is out of left field, but I want a "Hunter" profession. What I mean by that is specifically a profession who's instincts are that to kill with a dead shot. Unlike rangers who work with nature, hunters would work against it. So I could kill a deer and somehow use its remains in my favor. Or chop down this tree and be able to makeshift weapons from the wood.

Weird, I know. But it's what I want. Plus, it would be something different than so many of the GW professions or using an archetype that has appeared in games before.

If we're talking like Guild Wars Santa wishlist, I'm gonna go ahead and ask for a Martial Artist class. Since there are no dedicated heal classes like GW1 monks, gimme a true Shaolin Monk-style class!

I'll second that recommendation. Considering how much time and effort A-Net is putting into the animation, the shaolin monk would look beautiful. Can you imagine a 'Buddhist Palm' type move in-game?

I would like to see a new profession reveal. I know I should be patient but it's getting kinda hard xD. Maybe they could have a Thief profession that relies of stealth and critical hits, similar to the assassin but with more sneakiness and less melee. I remember seeing a fan profession called a Thief somewhere, might have been on GWGuru, I thought it was a really good idea! Maybe I'm just a biased because I love the Thief games hehe. There is that concept art of the thief queen though, who knows what that will be

Paragon reveal plox. Except...there are no spears in Guild Wars 2, soooo...

Out of what I think will actually happen, I'd like to see a gun class reveal.


EDIT: @Johnny: I don't see your "hunter" class as being the antithesis of the ranger class. I mean, American Indians, for instance, believed in animal spirits, etc. -- that just meant they killed for what they needed, and they made sure not to waste parts. Not that they didn't kill at all. I actually see that as just an extension of what a ranger would be But that's my 2 coppers.

It seems like I didn't convey my thoughts on my character class thoroughly enough. Basically, I want it to be formed based around Ted Nugent in his hunting shows.
