A new guild built from the ground up for Guild Wars 2 we focus on doing more with less, selfless leadership and members that drive the guild through all the content Guild Wars 2 throws our way! Consider us "casually hardcore!"

Focused on brining its members top tier content in a mature and RP friendly environment we look towards the end game and PvP aspects of Guild Wars 2 while placing the highest value on the actual person behind the keyboard. A no drama, RP light, content driven guild - Vanquish seeks like minded individuals to share in the adventure that is Guild Wars 2!

Vanquish Facts:

•Stationed on: Tarnished Coast
•We will be a medium sized guild with the intention of doing more with less and quality over quantity (50-70 active members post launch while our launch Roster will be around 40 in order to ensure a coheasive launch week)
•We have a dedicated Ventrilo server
•While end game PvE and PvX is our goal we enjoy all aspects of game play and the road that leads to such including light RP and a range of social events within the guild
•We cater to an "older" crowd with an age requirement of 18+ (our average age being 35-55+)
•While the guild founder resides in the PST time zone we will cater to and support players from all over

Greetings all!

The site is coming along well, Im no web designer and look forward to enlisting some help at some point in that regard but I encourage anyone to drop by and say a hello! Vanquish is still a one man show at this time but I am in no rush to mass recruit numbers prefering to take my time and ensure a great fit all around. I have been around long enough to know patience is a virtue in the game of guild leadership!

So, what type of people am I looking for? Well... people like myself! I am pretty AWESOME! /eyeroll

Really though I enjoy people and I enjoy MMOs and giving the members of a guild a place to call home, to get the most out of their time in game, as I know it is often little and very precious. Gone are my own days of 20 hour sessions in UO or EQ1 (and older) having been replaced with marriage, family, 50hr work weeks etc. This type of player I understand and this is the type of guild that in turn, also understands. Vanquish will be built around giving its members the highest level of quality fun in a no-drama environment while maintaining a respectful environment yet not taking itself too seriously. The wait for GW2 is a harsh one indeed!
