Experienced player LF Hardcore NA PVP Guild

Hi, I would like to start by introducing myself,
my name is Eric Major but I usually go for Hydro, Mage or Canna.

I am 24 years old and I have been playing mmo's hardcore since I was 14. I started with Lineage2 which we dominated with 3 groups using very high discipline and very fast troop movements, really showed me the complexity of large scale pvp. Being led by one of the best leaders I've ever had the chance to meet " FighterHugo " he took me under his wing and trained me over the span of 2 years to become a very effective strategic officer specializing in live on the fly tactics and maneuvers. I have no issues leading the masses due to past experiences and charisma. I quite enjoy having leaders of top guilds come to me for advice.

I then moved on to WOW, Warhammer, Age of Conan, Aion, during which I held similar positions of responsibility.

In general I'm a super laid back guy, I get along with almost everyone I've ever met. I hold respect and discipline very high on my values. I study Aircraft maintenance engineering during the school year but I will not be working in order to give me more play time.

I am looking for a large mostly PVP oriented guild with a close community (Ventrilo). I wish to invest a lot of time and effort towards the community of the guild. I am also looking for a dedicated leader who can take criticism, no one is perfect, the importance is the path we take to reach it. I am not looking for any special treatment just the chance to move up trough the ranks on my own to gain the guild's respect.

Finally I hope to hear from many great guilds out there and know that I will be a great long-term asset to support, advise and set a high standard for your guild.

Aircraft maintenance? I have a close friend who does that; he's been doing it for over 20 years now, worked at Grumman, Delta, etc. and he has a lot of fun tinkering around in jets, although according to him, some airlines tend to coerce him into volunteering to work through breaks (or else they find some petty reason to deny a raise). I digress.

I am JtD from the Spanish Inquisition. If you plan on playing as an Asura then maybe our krewe is worth looking into.

WvW Team Info: For the hardcore PvPer such as your self, our krewe now has a hardcore WvW team. This team has no leader unless we decide that we really need one. All decisions will be made by voting so it is fair and everyone gets a say. We will try to take as many objectives as possible and hold the ones we get. We do think its good to talk, make jokes, and have fun, but play at the same time. Another plus to having a hardcore WvW team is while we fight we have the PvE home group that can make and gather things we need and can trade with us.

Krewe Info/Requirements: We only have 10 rules called "Krewe Laws" posted on our site -->HERE<--. The only thing we require is that you play as Asura seeing that we are an Asuran only guild. You can play any way you want, PvP,PvE, or both. Even though we require you play the Asuran race the profession is your own choice. One warning to some of the younger folks, there will be adult language and jokes, but we don't like people that constantly drop F bombs and all. We would like for your Asura to be in our krewe only.

Members: So far we have 18 members, all with different play styles. They range from hardcore PvE to harcore PvP and everything in between. There are some age differences, but over all we are a good group that likes to laugh and have a good time.

Timezone and Server: For the BWEs we will be playing on Crystal Desert. If this server is active after release then we will also play it then. This server is on the United States eastern time zone -5:00 GMT. Most of our members are in the US, but we are reaching out to players from other places as well. People from other timezones are welcome to join we plan to have a lot of members so you will never be alone.
