They are probably stress testing different days traffic and different time zones.
I am not understanding the time here. For one side of the world its like super early morning. For the other most of us are at work.....Maybe they want to see how many they get at a completely random time?

Does anyone think the fact that the stress test is in late June give way to the reasoning that the next beta will be later on in later July? IDK it could just be a coincidence.
The reason for this time may very well be that they need to test some specific changes that they made to the European data center.
And no, I don't think the late June date says anything about when the next BWE will be, other than that they're getting closer and need to test a few more things. If all goes well, the next BWE may be very soon, if they need additional changes, it may take a few more weeks.
Oh, and see http://gw2status.com/ for a countdown timer to this stress test, so you don't have to think about timezone conversions yourself.

Next BWE... pfft ... Gamestop still lists the 26th as the release date on their site. If I had paid $80 bucks for anything else and they kept me waiting this long I would have cancelled my order. Liking the game but the continual wait is turning me off.
Gamestop is using a placeholder date that didn't come from the company. The company has never issued a release date. The FAQ on the site says so clearly and it's said at least in these forums all the time. You can NOT go by a placeholder date by a shop. Well you can, but you're bound to be disappointed.
It would be different if Anet said that was the release date...but they haven't.
