The Old Boys (EU, Casual, WvW)

The Old Boys is new guild accepting fresh members in anticipation of GW2 release.
Website: http://oldboys.enjin.com/
Pasted below, is a copy of the rules taken from the Guild website. This should hopefully give you an idea of the ethos of the guild and see if it's the sort of group you can see yourself being a part of. Feel free to PM me on the website any questions, or if you'd like more info.
Hope to see you there

The Old Boys defines itself as a "Casual guild with a strong focus on WvW events".
Being a casual guild, this means:
There are no attendance or performance requirements in the guild. You do not have to be the best player, and turn up every day to be part of the guild and enjoy the benefits it brings
There is no hardcore mentality. Level at your own pace, feel comfortable enough to experiment and make mistakes, enjoy doing the things you want to do
Players of all ages and backgrounds are welcome
With this in mind, The Old Boys has a policy of Social Excellence. This means:
Members are expected to be supportive of the guild and one another
Members are expected to act maturely
Members are expected to represent the guild responsibly. If The Old Boy's guild tag is above you, then your actions represent the guild as a whole
Guild chat, forums and groups will have chat classed as 'Adult'. There are no restrictions on swearing or adult themes, but obscene/unnecessary vulgarity will be frowned upon and may lead to punishment
Members are rewarded for their performance within the guild. Good performance could be from excellent guild recruiting, helpfulness within the guild, excellent representation of the guild, earning the guild an accolades, assistance with guild projects, as well as many other things. Members could be rewarded with ranks, items or cash. More details on the reward system to come.
Members are punished for poor behavior within the guild. Punishments can include muting, fines or expulsion from the guild. Each punishment is held on a case by case basis.
At this moment in time, The Old Boys has an open recruitment policy. This means that anyone is currently eligible to join the guild, rather than limit who can join, and only invite trusted, well known players. This is because Guild Wars 2 is a brand new game, with thousands of new players, a game start is an excellent opportunity to meet and befriend new people from different backgrounds. It's absolutely certain that some bad players will appear along the way, but those players can quickly and swiftly be removed from the guild in a single click. Everyone is welcome to invite their friends from other games, real life or forums they frequent. Contact an officer/recruiter for their invitation.
