Problem with Head of the Site

I got a problem with the head of the Site.
It looks like this:

How can I change it, so it'll be like before?

Have you tried restarting your computer?

I suggest deleting your cookies, or making sure that your firewall is not blocking site content.

Delete cookies first, but it's also possible an old web browser can break on some sites, browsers like Internet Explorer 6. Chrome, Firefox, the latest IE should all be fine.

What internet browser (and version) are you using?
Have you tried clearing the history/cache of the browser, deleting all cookies and the cached website content?
