Looking for a fun, social guild - EU

Hi, I'm looking for a small guild (< 50 or so) comprised of a friendly bunch of mature (preferably 18+) people that do PvE quests together and also some PvP particularly World v World. I'm 22, just finished university, living in the UK with a lot of time on my hands. I have not played the original Guild Wars but have played some WoW and a little SWTOR. I prefer a guild that is really just out to have a good time and not be competitive. I may ask questions so having at least some knowledgeable people around to help me out would be great. The major problem I've had playing other mmo's is that I eventually find myself solo'ing almost everything because none of my guild members do quests together. To me, playing and leveling with other people, other friends, is the best part of an mmo and I've never had a guild whose focus was just that. I will be getting the game on launch day and intend to play a Ranger.

Could anybody recommend me a guild and help me out?

Introduction:

Xtremegamersclan[XG] is recruiting active/casual, mature and friendly members. 18+ please! We don't rush the game to become the first guild to reach max level. We don't allow drama, and just want to play to relax with some friends.

Guild Status:

We are looking to be in the range of 50-75 members so we can get to know everyone in the guild. [XG] tries to get everyone involved and will schedule daily runs for members to sign up and join. We are recruiting from ALL time zones, and will work on balancing that. We want everyone to be able to log on and have members to run with no matter what time of day.
